How many foods are included in LogMeal database? Which food database is used to obtain nutritional information?

Currently there are more than 1300 available dishes for recognition. They are different local and international dishes from any cuisine around the world. The Nutritional Information (37 micro-macro nutritional indicators) is obtained from world professional renowned contrasted nutritional databases (EUROFIR, EFSA, USDA, NEVO, BEDCA, Cesnid-UB, etc.) and can be complemented with other external & client own recipes databases.

Where is the clients’ data stored?

All the data relative to the clients is anonymized and encrypted and is stored in secure servers physically located in the European Union. We make sure we comply with all the GDPR data protection regulations at all times to guarantee data security and privacy. No third party will be able to access any of your data or of your users’ data.

Can I access the clients’ data after they have stopped using the App?

You can disable the food recognition capabilities for any of the clients anytime on your profile account. When doing so the client will not count as a monthly active user anymore but you will still be able to visualize any of the data they reported in the past.

I am not sure about which plan is better for my needs, can I change it later?

>

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime inside your user profile.

When are you going to charge me?

>

We will always charge the base price for your subscription at the beginning of the billing period (either monthly or annually depending on your selection). Furthermore, depending on the usage you make of your plan, you will be charged for the extra images used by the end of your billing period (only in case you make use of any extra images).

We will send you the invoices through an email specifying the usage you did of our services.

Will you charge me extra if I change my plan in the middle of the billing period?

Whenever you upgrade to a plan with increased benefits you will only be paying the difference between the cost of the new plan and the usage you already made of your current plan.

Alternatively, if you downgrade to a plan with less benefits, you will never be downgraded immediately. Instead, you will keep your current benefits until the beginning of the next billing period.

What payment methods do you support?

You can pay either by debit or credit card.

Do I need to include my credit/debit card details?

>

If you choose a free plan you will not be required to include your credit card details. If at some point you decide to upgrade to a paid plan you will be required to include your credit/debit card details beforehand.

How can I cancel my plan?

>

You can cancel your plan anytime in your user profile. Take into account that even after cancelling your account you will receive an invoice charging you for the extra usage done during the last month (only in case any extra images were used).

After cancelling your subscription renewal you can re-activate your account anytime.

I signed up but I do not know what to do next.

Make sure you first confirm your email address by clicking on the activation link on the email that we sent you. Do not forget to check both your regular inbox and your spam inbox. Only after confirming your email address you will have access to any endpoint available by the chosen LogMeal Plan.

Plans allow up to 20 images/day per user as well as 1 images/second per user, for alternative requirements request a 'Custom' plan.
